It is known that Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa is in jail in connection with the Renukaswamy murder case. A pic is going viral on the social media where actor Darshan is seen getting a VIP treatment in Jail. The pic shows Darshan sitting on a chair with cigarette and coffee cup, and he is enjoying an open space with three other people.
This pic features Darshan include rowdy sheeter Wilson Garden Naga, along with inmates Nagaraj and Kulla Seena. Additionally, a video showing Darshan making a video call has also went viral.

This pic went viral on social media, leading the prison department to investigate claims of VIP treatment for Darshan who has been accused of the murder of a 33-year-old rickshaw driver Renukaswamy.
33-year-old Renukaswamy, who was a fan of Kannada actor Darshan, had sent obscene messages to Pavithra Gowda, which enraged Kannada star, allegedly leading to his murder. Renukaswamy’ body was found near a storm water drain on 9th June. Kannada actor Darshan, Pavitra Gowda and several other accused were arrested on June 11.
