Bollywood actor and Shiv Sena leader Govinda was injured on Tuesday morning due to a sudden firing from his own revolver. He has been shot in one leg. He is currently out of danger.

Shiv Sena leader is currently admitted in the hospital and is out of danger. He is being treated under the supervision of doctors. Govinda’ manager Shashi Sinha said that the actor was getting ready to go to Kolkata this morning. When he was keeping his licensed revolver in the cupboard, the revolver fell from his hand and the bullet was fired. This bullet hit Govinda’ leg. The doctor has removed the bullet from Govinda’ leg and his condition is fine.

The Mumbai Police official also confirmed this statement and said that the incident took place at 4:45 am on Tuesday. Govinda is fine and his injury is not serious. However, as a precaution, he was taken to the nearby Critical Care Hospital, where he has returned to his home after treatment.
The revolver involved in this incident is licensed, and authorities have started the investigation.
