A real estate company started construction in Rajahmundry area of Godavari district. Huge promotions were done for this venture and attracted the customers. The real estate company appointed Anchor Suma as the brand ambassador for their venture. Suma acted in commercials for this venture and gave advice to buy a house at a low price. But even after the deadline, the company did not hand over the house to the customers. Raki Avenues cheated the customers and didn’t lay even a single brick to date.

When the people contacted the management of the company, they did not respond after repeated requests. The customers lodged a complaint at the police station and held placards in their hands and started protesting on the roads. The company MD, Ramayya, is currently absconding after cheating the customers to the tune of Rs 10 cr. The customers sent legal notices to Suma and Raki Avenues and they also requested the government to bail them out.
Finally Suma took to Instagram and issued a clarification. Suma said that she had offered her professional services to Raki Avenues from 2016 to 2018. She added, “I do not in any instance represent Raki Avenues after the aforementioned period. I am addressing this issue, taking appropriate legal action against all the related parties to resolve it.”
