When their petitions came up for hearing today, the court refused to grant bail. Their petitions were canceled by the High Court. It can be seen as a severe blow to the leaders as High Court said no to the petitions filed by them seeking anticipatory bail in the case.

High Court ruled that their petitions were rejected after the completion of the case investigation. With this, the lawyer pleading on behalf of the YCP leaders appealed to the court to issue orders not to take any action against their leaders for two weeks and to allow them to appeal in the Supreme Court.

The TDP lawyers raised objections to that. The High Court heard the arguments of both parties and said that the final order will be given today afternoon.
