The most productive tech company Apple is relatively working on a new powerful charger that bags 35W charging capacity. This charger may be available with dual USB-C ports, that allow two iPhones to get charged at a time. The charger is being made with Gallium Nitride, which possesses the technology that helps companies to diminish the adapter size while warranting fast-charging capacities are pristine.
This is Apple’s first dual USB-C charger with a 35W output that promotes multiple devices simultaneously. The company reported, “Use the Apple 35W Dual USB-C port Power Adaptor and a USB-C cable to charge your device. Connect a USB-C cable to either port on the power adaptor, extend the electrical prongs if necessary, then plug the power adaptor firmly into the power outlet. Ensure the power outlet is easily accessible for disconnecting. Connect the other end of the cable to your device.”
As per rumors, Apple is looking to stretch its range of power adapters. And the news that conveys that the dual USB-C charger is made with GaN, is also speculation because the company didn’t note GaN or associated features anywhere in the technical reports.
If it happens true, then there will be no doubt that GaN USB-C chargers are the first trendy chargers of the Apple company. These chargers are smaller as well as faster than normal USB-C chargers. There are also expectations circulating that Apple could develop it with MagSafe technology to provide information about an updated version of the MagSafe duo.
Here, MagSafe Duo technology means, the technology which allows an iPhone and an Apple watch to charge at the same time, but the distribution of speed between them is not satisfactory as the Apple Watch is charged at slower speeds than when charged with the dedicated fast charger.
