A few hours after the Supreme Court granted bail to BRS Leader K Kavitha in CBI ED case related to Delhi excise policy scam on Tuesday, Congress and BJP leaders in Telangana issued statements alleging the other colluded with BRS. KTR expressed his anger over Union Minister of State and BJP leader Bandi Sanjay’s tweet on Supreme Court granting bail to his sister Kavitha.
Bandi Sanjay tweeted congratulating the Congress party and its lawyers for getting bail for Kavitha. KTR reacted strongly to these comments by saying : You’re a union minister incharge of Home Affairs and casting aspersions on Supreme Court !!

Highly unbecoming of your position I respectfully urge the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India and the respected Supreme Court to take cognisance of these comments and initiate the contempt proceedings.
On the otherside TPCC working president B Mahesh Kumar Goud said that the bail is the beginning of BRS merger into BJP.
Earlier, KTR made another tweet. He expressed his happiness that Kavitha got bail. Thanks to the Supreme Court.
