International flight opertions have begun at Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) Terminal 2 in Bengaluru on Tuesday. The international flights will be arriving and departing from the newly constructed Terminal 2 at the KIA.
The first international flight to arrive at the Terminal 2 was from Jeddah. This first flight belonged to international carrier Saudi Airlines. Among Indian airlines which first operated international flight from Termnial 2 of BLR Airport was IndiGo Airlines. IndiGo Airlines flight flew to Colombo from Bengaluru.
Kempe Gowda International Airport is one of the biggest and busiest airports in India. The commencement of international flights from Terminal 2 will ensure ease for Bengaluru air travellers.
