A war-like situation has arrived in Israel as it prepares itself for any attack after the warning issued by the United States regarding the possible aggression from Iran. During the interview, Netanyahu conceded that he still felt a pang of guilt for failing to accord the people of Israel something which he knows would calm their souls and end the matter that has haunted him. When asked what had shaken him so much, Netanyahu explained that towards the end tail of 2023, Hamas militants crossed the Israeli border. They meted out horrific acts of violence on the residents living in villages along the borders, destroying properties and sowing terror through murder and other heinous crimes such as looting.

“We Will Not Tolerate Terrorists,” declares Netanyahu

He added that thousands of innocent Israeli civilians were hostages and kidnapped by Hamas terrorists. With all these happenings, he admitted that he kept silent, and it is something he did not understand even now. Netanyahu stressed that this would always haunt him, and he begs for forgiveness from his citizens of Israel. He announced that henceforth, there was no room for such terrorists.

As he put it, Netanyahu stated that Israel would be indebted to the United States for the help they extended and it would continue to strengthen their excellent ties.

The candid admission by Netanyahu reflects an acknowledgment of the wrong moves in the past and is a strong signal to fight back against any future acts of terrorism with a stern and decisive approach so that the people of Israel are completely safe and secure
