The fact that fish oil, pork fat and beef fat are used in the preparation of Tirumala Laddu, has created a sensation. TDP in AP claimed that a Gujarat-based livestock laboratory has confirmed the presence of animal fat and fish oil in the ghee used for the preparation of Tirupati laddu. The ruling party is alleging that these atrocities took place during the YCP government.
CM Chandrababu said that this matter came out in the test conducted in the lab in Gujarat. Deputy CM Pawan announced that strict action will be taken against those who indulged in this atrocity. YCP leader and former TTD chairman Bhumana Karunakar Reddy spoke and lashed out at Chandrababu Naidu. Bhumana Karunakar Reddy demanded an immediate apology from Chandrababu Naidu to the Hindu community.

Bhumana Karunakar Reddy said that Chandrababu wanted to do politics using Swami’s laddoos but his attempt failed. He said that he is ready for any investigation. Chandrababu Naidu has insulted Hindus and he demanded an immediate apology to the Hindu community.
There was no official confirmation on the lab report from either the AP government or TTD.
