As TDP did not win Bobbili since 1994, the party chief Chandrababu Naidu conducted a roadshow recently. Naidu has been touring the districts for the last two months.
As per insiders, the intelligence reports are giving signals to the Government and they are looking to stop them. Central government also warned about an impending fourth wave of Covid and already issued guidelines related to the disease.
Andhra Pradesh directorate is also contemplating issuing guidelines taking permissions back for huge gatherings. Automatically, this would deny permissions for Naidu’s roadshows.
The party sources said, “Jagan government is scared now. This is very much expected. Nothing can stop us from going to the people with the slogan : ‘Psycho Povali: Cycle Ravali’.”
