The final chargesheet in the Renukaswamy murder case, in which Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, his friend Pavithra Gowda and 15 others are accused, would be filed by the police very soon.
Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, who is currently in judicial custody for murder of Renuka Swamy, might be charged this week. A senior police officer revealed that they are building a watertight chargesheet. The police in charge of the investigation of the Renukaswamy murder case is most likely to submit the chargesheet against Darshan this week.

Bengaluru Police Commissioner B Dayanand is personally monitoring the process and actor Darshan is likely to hire top criminal lawyers for his defence.
Darshan Thoogudeepa’ life story has been nothing short of a film plot. From starting his career as a light boy to achieving superstardom, and being embroiled in controversies and crimes, Kannada star has always been in the news in Karnataka. But it has not affected his fan following.
Recently, when Darshan was being shifted to Ballary prison, despite precautionary measures, the actor’ fans queued up and gathered along arterial roads and in front of the prison to get a glimpse of their favourite star.
