Megastar Chiranjeevi received the Outstanding Achievement in Indian Cinema award at the ongoing IIFA Utsavam in Yas Land, Abu Dhabi.
Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar presented the award to Megastar Chiranjeevi. On this occasion, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy fame star thanked Tollywood as well as his fans for their support amid a huge round of applause and standing ovation from the audience.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu won Woman of the Year in Indian Cinema award.

IIFA event was hosted by Baahubali fame Rana Daggubati and HanuMan actor Teja Sajja. Nasser, Brahmanandam, Priyadarshan, Sarathkumar, Radhika, Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar, Priyamani, Jayaraman, Karan Johar attended the award ceremony in Abu Dhabi. It is a three day event and celebrates the best of Indian cinema.
AR Rahman, Jayaram, Nani, Vikram, and Rishab Shetty also won at the event.
On the work front, Chiranjeevi is currently sharing the screen space with Trisha Krishanan in an upcoming fantasy drama Vishmbhara.
