Megastar Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh Daggubati, Baahubali star Rana Daggubati, Natural star Nani and several Telugu actors, directors and producers attended a special event to celebrate 50 years of Nandamuri Balakrishna in Telugu film Industry. . The event took place at Novotel in Hyderabad on 1st September. On this occasion, Megastar Chiranjeevi expressed his wish to do a film with Balakrishna.
“I wish to act along with Balayya in a faction backdrop film”, says Megastar Chiranjeevi at the event.
Chiru also said: Working and excelling in a film industry for fifty years is by no means a small thing. Kamal Haasan, Balayya and Mammootty achieved a rare feat in Indian film Industry. Balakrishna’ Samarsimha Reddy was my inspiration to do Indra film.

Megastar added, “These days the film makers are talking about sequels. If someone comes forward to do a movie which pits Indrasena Reddy against Samarsimha Reddy, I am ready. Balakrishna garu, are you ready?”
Meanwhile Balakrishna said that he was always indebted to his parents, fans and well-wishers who had been blessing him.
