Nalgonda MP and former TPCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy said that the upcoming Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting in Hyderabad and Vijaya Bheri public meeting will be historic events for not just Congress party but entire Telangana. He stressed that these two landmark events will help taking Congress ideology and its contribution for India’s growth, to every household in Telangana.
“Its a pride for Hyderabad that historic CWC meeting is being held here for the first time this year. Congress matriarch Telangana Talli (mother of Telangana) Sonia Gandhi, AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Congress Chief Ministers and all the senior leaders of the party will attend CWC meeting,” said MP Uttam.
“In the massive Vijaya Bheri meeting to be held on September 17 at Samshabad, five main poll guarantees (promises) will be launched by Sonia Gandhi Ji. She has always honoured her commitments, as evident when she promised the people of Telangana statehood and subsequently fulfilled it. The Congress party firmly believes in honouring its promises, and the five guarantees presented during the meeting will be implemented immediately after coming to power in Telangana,” further said Uttam Kumar Reddy.
With Telangana Assembly elections just months away, Telangana Congress leaders have been making all efforts to make the CWC meeting and Vijayabheri a grand success.
