Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and actor Power Star Pawan Kalyan announced a donation of Rs 1 crore to the Chief Minister’ Relief Fund after reviewing flood relief work at the APSDMA office in Mangalagiri.
Following the review, Pawan Kalyan during the media Interaction said that he refrained from visiting flood-affected areas based on official advice.
Pawan Kalyan criticized the former YRSCP government, accusing it of neglecting the Budameru canal stream and ignoring smaller irrigation projects, which he believes worsened the flood impact.

Indian Air Force has been conducting relief operations in t flood-hit areas of Andhra Pradesh’s Vijayawada district, deploying 6 Mi-17 helicopters and 2 Chetak helicopters to distribute relief supplies.
5 helicopters, including 2 from the Navy and 3 from the Air Force, are actively distributing food and airlifting people stranded in flooded areas. 50,000 kg of relief materials have been dropped in the NTR District of AP.
On the work front, Pawan Kalyan will be seen playing the lead role in OG, Hari Hara Veera Mallu and Ustaad Bhagath Singh.
