ED has taken strict action against YouTuber Elvish Yadav and Punjabi singer Rahul Yadav Fazilpuria, who are facing several serious charges including supplying snake venom in rave parties. ED has seized movable and immovable assets worth about Rs 55 lakh of both of them.
ED had registered a case in the month of May and pressed charges under PMLA after taking cognisance of an FIR and charge sheet filed against YouTube Elvish Yadav.
ED has provisionally seized properties worth Rs 52.49 lakh in connection with a wildlife crime case involving illegal use of snakes and exotic animals in music videos and vlog.

ED’s investigation revealed solid clues of Rahul Yadav Fazilpuria earning Rs 52 lakh from YouTube through his song ’32 Bore’. After this, these properties were seized. The agency has also seized about Rs 2 lakh deposited in the bank account of Chandigarh’s Sky Digital Company which shot Fazilpuria’s songs.
ED had recently summoned Elvish Yadav and Fazilpuria to its zonal office in the capital and questioned them. ED officials are also looking for the remaining movable and immovable properties of both.
