Here is news for all diehard fans of the most popular Vande Bharat; the Indian Railways has come up with this piece of exciting information recently. After the success of Vande Bharat, the Railways have decided to introduce a new set of Vande Bharat Sleeper trains soon to the public. It is said by sources that operations will start with Vande Bharat sleeper trains in a few selected routes from 15th August. As per officials in South Central Railway, the new Vande Bharat Sleeper services will start in August. Get to know the routes on which these Vande Bharat Sleeper trains are going to run.

On which routes will Vande Bharat run?

South Central Railway officials are reportedly planning to operate the Vande Bharat Sleeper trains from Kacheguda and Secunderabad stations. The officials are said to run the new Vande Bharat Sleeper Express on busy routes like Kacheguda-Visakhapatnam, Kacheguda-Tirupati, and Secunderabad-Pune. The new Vande Bharat Sleeper train will comprise a total of 16 coaches. These trains will run only during nighttime and in all AC and non-AC ranges. The officials from the South Central Railway have detailed that the ticket fares will be reasonable for all categories of people.

 How fast will the Vande Bharat Sleeper trains be?

The maximum speed for the new Vande Bharat Sleeper train is 160 kmph. It will have very similar arrangements to the Vande Bharat Express. It bears 823 set berths and 16 coaches. The air-conditioned train comes with facilities approximating the inside of an airplane. Besides this, each coach also has a small room for catering troubles wherein meals and drinking water could be served. The exteriors will boast automatic doors and odorless toilets. The train coaches will be fully soundproof, and travelers can enjoy a nice sleep without any major disturbance.

The Railway Department is gearing up to introduce the Vande Bharat Metro service that will connect cities close to each other. These trains will probably be run on the Kanpur-Lucknow, Delhi-Meerut, Mumbai-Lonavala, Varanasi-Prayagraj, Puri-Bhubaneswar, and Agra-Mathura routes. With a capacity of 250 passengers in each, these coaches promise good, comfortable travel. The Railways are going to conduct a trial run of the Vande Bharat Metro train soon.
