Megastar Chiranjeevi starrer Indra 4K is making a sound return to theatres worldwide, and the response is extraordinary, with housefull boards already going up in multiple locations.
Helmed by B. Gopal, Indra was originally released on July 24, 2002, and it was a successful venture at the box office. Made on a budget of $1.1 million, Indra emerged as the highest grossing Telugu film at that time. It was also dubbed in Hindi and remade it in Indian Bengali titled Dada in 2005 and Bangladeshi Bengali titled Goriber Dada which was released in 2006. Indra won 3 state Nandi Awards and two Filmfare Awards South.
