India’s most wanted, controversial Islamic preacher Zakir Naik arrived in Pakistan on Monday on a month-long visit that will see him deliver “lectures” in major cities of the country including Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore.
Zakir Naik has received a red carpet invite in Pakistan. According to the latest update, Zakir Naik, who landed in Pakistan, will tour the famous cities of the country like Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore for a month and deliver the speeches. For this, Pakistan government has provided full security to him.
Zakir Naik visited the neighbouring nation for 1st time in the past in 3 decades. Last time he visited was in 1992, when he met with religious scholar Dr Israr Ahmed in Lahore before returning to India.

He recently arrived in Pakistan and received a warm welcome. Officials of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Prime Minister’s Assistant Rana Masood and others welcomed Zakir Naik at the Islamabad International Airport.
Indian authorities are looking for Zakir Naik, who is accused in a money laundering case and inciting extremism through hate speeches. He left India in 2016. He was granted permanent residency in Malaysia by the previous government led by Mahathir Mohamed.
