Ithaca Falls: Man drowned and dies while trying to take photos; Said Police

On Tuesday, Harish Nekkalapu, a 35-year-old (Indian NRI, Andhrapradesh) from Ontario, Canada was climbing up the base of the Ithaca falls, located in the city of Ithaca, New York to take a photo. But when he lost his balance,  he fell into the water. Several people pulled the unconscious man from the water, police officers administered CPR and he was taken to the hospital, but he passed away after arriving at Cayuga Medical Centre. 

As stated by the police, Harish breathed his last at 2 pm. Early information has led police to determine that this was accidental. CPR was started until Ithaca Fire department and Bangs Ambulance personnel arrived to help. Also TANA Team Square is working on this incident to send the deceased to India.
