It is known that there is a rift between Mega fans and Allu Arjun fans. Bunny himself went to Nandyala and campaigned in support of Shilpa Ravichandra Kishore Reddy, who was contesting from Nandyala on behalf of YCP in the AP assembly elections. At the same time, all the Mega family members campaigned for the victory of Pawan Kalyan, who was contesting from Pithapuram. Allu Arjun’s father Allu Aravind also campaigned in Pithapuram. Bunny, on the other hand, wished Pawan Klayn to win by sharing a tweet.
Allu Arjun, who recently attended the Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam movie function, declared that he would go to any length for his fans. This comment also led mega and Allu Arjun fan war on social media.

Jana Sena MLA Bolisetti Srinivas from Tadepalligudem constituency claimed that Allu Arjun does not have dedicated fan base and his all fans are common fans of Megastar family.
MLA Bolisetti Srinivas said, “There are only mega fans. I don’t know that Allu Arjun has fans. He might be imagining that. They are talking about Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan fans are looking after Pawan Kalyan. We won in 21 places. You couldn’t win even in one place.”
He added: Allu Arjun could not bring victory to his father Allu Arvind when he contested as MP in 2009.
