Unabated flooding in the Telugu states has thrown normal life out of gear and caused a lot of devastation. With rivers and lakes overflowing, severe damage to infrastructure is being reported. People in flood-affected areas struggle for food and water as disaster turned their lives upside down. Representatives from the Telugu film industry have come out in view of the crisis.
Popular actor Jr. NTR has come forward by announcing a decent amount as donation for the flood relief activities. The actor announced donations of ₹1 crore-₹50 lakhs each to the CMs’ Relief Funds of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Tarak took to his handle and showed deep concern about the crisis of floods at this moment, saying that the recent rains and consequent flooding of two Telugu states have shaken him badly.

Jr. NTR insisted that support be given to the reliefs taken up by the governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He even offered prayers for the early recovery of people affected due to the flood.
With this, Jr. NTR becomes the first among the big stars to announce a donation to the flood victims. The announcement got a thumbs-up from his fans and also the general public. Encouraged by him, several other young actors, too, are coming forward to contribute their share. Among them, one is Vishwak Sen, who reportedly idolizes Jr. NTR and has announced a donation of ₹5 lakhs to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
Their contributions are helping in the continuous relief efforts and motivating others to come forward and help needy people in this hard time.
