Soulful hit Kantara movie’s sequel will start shooting from December 2023. Kantara movie directed by hero Rishab Shetty became a pan-India hit, creating a rage at box office. This low profile Kannada film, turned into a national sensation, owing to its intense drama and soulful story. It became such a big hit that a sequel has been planned by movie makers.
Rishab Shetty will direct Kantara 2 produced by Hombale Films. Along with him, Achyuth Kumar, Saptami Gowda and others will share screen space even in the sequel.
The script work of Kantara 2 has been completed in the first half of 2023. Right now preproduction works are going on. Movie team will start shooting in December, 2023. It is said that shooting will be completed by June 2024. Kantara 2 is expected to be released by the end of 2024.
