KCR focuses on AP after launching BRS; Visiting Vijayawada on Oct 18

Hailing KCR’s national party Bharat Rashtra Samiti, erected in Vijayawada, hoardings welcoming the chief minister of Telangana, K.Chandrasekhar Rao. Rao has planned to visit Vijayawada on October 18 and conduct a meeting that would act as the launch-pad for the party in Andhra Pradesh. He would be in Vijayawada in the poll ally CPI’s 24th national meet.

The huge hoardings set up by the TRS state secretary and TRS Secunderabad Parliament constituency incharge Bandi Ramesh aroused considerable curiosity among the people. The BRS hoardings were constructed a couple of days ago at the busy Kanaka Durga Varadhi and several places on the Bandar Road, but those were disappeared on Thursday at the Varadhi. Hailing the Telangana CM, Rama Rao and BRS, similar hoardings came up in a few places in Vizag and adjacent districts.

To welcome BRS, local leader Konijeti Adinarayana, who is also the president of AP-TRS, performed special poojas by breaking coconuts at the Durga temple. He said KCR has many supporters in AP and various sections of society were seeking welfare schemes for them in the state on par with Telangana. On the other hand, some leaders of different parties are showing an interest in joining BRS.

Adinarayana said KCR during his visit to Vijayawada would hold a meeting of his party leaders and supporters in AP and take the initial step for the functioning of the BRS in this state. He said there were differences between AP and TS over several issues. Those could be settled through certain communication peacefully.
