Prashant Neel’s directorial KGF 2 has been creating world records since its release day. So far, the film has crossed Rs 1,000 crore, and it is regarded as the first-ever film in the Kannada region to attain the feat. And overall, the film has occupied 4th position among the movies globally which have touched Rs 1,000 cr mark.
In this sequence, the first place goes to Dangal, Baahubali 2 is in 2nd, RRR, the 3rd one, and now, KGF 2 sat in the 4th place. Even though some new releases like Acharya, Heropanti 2, and Runway 34 are making noise in the theaters, KGF 2 did not stop its rage at the box office. It has been 16 days since the beginning day of the release of KGF 2.
Even now, it remains the first choice of people to watch in the theaters. The film is an action thriller. It follows the assassin Rocky, who after establishing himself as the kingpin of the Gold Fields, must retain his supremacy over adversaries and government authorities. The film features Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Srinidhi Shetty, Raveena Tandon, and Prakash Raj in the lead roles.
