Telangana Women’s Commission had issued summons to KTR for derogatory comments made against women travelling in TGSRTC buses.
BRS Working President KTR said that he has a lot of respect for the women. He said that he had come to the Women’s Commission for investigation out of respect for women. The attitude of the Congress party is not correct. He has brought the problems of the state to the notice of the Women’s Commission. He made these comments while speaking to the media after attending a hearing before the Women’s Commission.
KTR’s comments on women’s travel in RTC buses are controversial. The Women’s Commission, which received these comments, issued a notice to KTR. In this order, he appeared before the commission and gave an explanation.

Before the arrival of KTR, there was a big drama before the Women’s Commission. Congress women activists demanded that KTR apologize publicly. In this order, the women workers of both the parties raised slogans as a competition. A scuffle and argument broke out between the two groups and the police came and stopped them.
KTR said: During the 8 months of Congress rule, I tried to hand over the incidents against women to the Women’s Commission. I have come with all the details. The commission said to come again. We will respect them and come again. But the attack on our leaders is not good. The Women’s Commission should also take action against the attack on our women. Also, the commission is requested to take action regarding the attacks on women across the state.
