Minister Parthasarathi Accuses Previous Government of Deceiving Unemployed

AP Minister Parthasarathi: The previous government did not fill even a single teacher post in five years, mentioned Minister Parthasarathi. He revealed that the cabinet approved the filling of 16,347 teacher posts in all schools under the Mega DSC as promised by CM Chandrababu. Speaking to the media after the cabinet meeting, he detailed the decisions taken during the cabinet meeting.

“The previous government deceived the unemployed by not filling teacher posts. They issued the DSC notification only before elections. The TET exam should be conducted every six months, but not doing so has harmed thousands of unemployed individuals. They lost the opportunity to improve their marks in TET. CM Chandrababu has directed us to provide quality education to children,” he stated.

“Analyzing the Land Titling Act reveals the inconsistency between the Center’s statements and the state’s implementation under the previous government. BJP-ruled states have not implemented this law. This law caused problems for small and marginal farmers. There was no mention of who the appellate authority would be in case of disputes. This law directly gave jurisdiction to the High Court. Can a poor farmer afford to go to the High Court? The cabinet has approved the repeal of the Land Titling Act. We will provide farmers with original documents,” explained Minister Parthasarathi.

“Starting next month, we will begin providing the increased pension amount of ₹4,000.” The pension increase will benefit 6.5 million people. We will distribute pensions by going door-to-door through secretariat staff. We will give ₹10,000 pensions to those suffering from certain types of diseases. Our government prioritizes skill development the most. We will implement skill development in the agriculture sector as well. We have formed a committee with ministers to control marijuana, including the Home, Education, Tribal, and Excise ministers. We are committed to curbing the marijuana problem in the state and will take stringent measures based on the committee’s recommendations,” he said.

“We are reopening Anna Canteens. Initially, we will reopen 183 Anna Canteens at once and will soon open another 20 Anna Canteens. We have renamed YSR Health University to NTR Health University. We made the name change based on requests from doctors and public representatives. The cabinet has approved the appointment of Dammalapati Srinivas as the state AG and the state skill enumeration program,” stated Minister Parthasarathi.
