Nandamuri Balakrishna continues to make headlines with everything he does. Whether in films or politics, he has achieved a hat-trick of successes. Even in his sixties, he remains an inspiration for young actors. He is also leaving his mark in reality shows. Balakrishna is one of the few actors who has worked in almost every genre, proving that he alone can handle folk, mythological, and social films.
Currently, Balakrishna is working on his 109th film, directed by Bobby. The movie is yet to be titled and is being produced by prominent producer Nagavamsi under the Sithara Entertainments banner. Meanwhile, fans are ecstatic over the news that there might be a sequel to the hit movie Akhanda, in collaboration with Boyapati Srinu.

Hat-trick Successes
Balakrishna has also been achieving significant victories in politics. He won for the third time from the Hindupur constituency. Even when the entire state was swayed by Jagan’s influence, Balakrishna’s victory from Hindupur stands out, showcasing his immense popularity. Despite his success, Balakrishna has never sought out positions of power. Although he could have been a Deputy Chief Minister, he says he has no personal interest in such positions. The people of Hindupur hold Balakrishna in high regard, and even his average films run for 100 days in the region, reflecting his craze among the people. This dedication to his constituency is evident in his efforts to improve basic amenities in Hindupur. Recently, he requested Rs. 90 crores from Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for Hindupur’s development and also advocated for the establishment of industrial clusters and making Hindupur the district headquarters.
