Severe flooding has engulfed the Telugu states, where a massive number of people were affected by its effect. In the two Telugu states, people are anxiously looking forward to getting support. Several prominent personalities come forward during these bad times to help flood victims, from the film fraternity also.
The other day, actor Nandamuri Balakrishna showed his generosity and made a big donation. The actor, responding to the tragedy in the Telugu states, announced the donation of ₹50 lakh to Andhra Pradesh and ₹50 lakh to Telangana towards the welfare of flood victims.

On behalf of his duty to support those victims, Balakrishna declared that he was extending this help to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund of Andhra Pradesh and to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund of Telangana.

The actor sat back reflecting on this milestone and underlined his bond with the Telugu language and the Telugu people as the most treasured in his life. He noted that the debt he owes to society stands and this donation is the manifestation of his gratitude and commitment to his people in these testing times.
