We have already reported that Dulquer Salmaan’s upcoming Telugu film Lucky Baskhar has been postponed. Today the makers of Lucky Bhaskhar officially announced the new release date of Dulquer Salmaan starrer. The movie was initially scheduled to hit the theaters on September 7, and now it will be released on the occasion of Diwali, on October 31.
Written and directed by Venky Atluri of Rang De, Vaathi, and Tholi Prema fame, Lucky Baskhar is set in a period backdrop and Meenakshi Chaudhary is playing the female lead in this film.

Lucky Baskhar is all about the journey of an ordinary bank cashier who achieves extraordinary success. The movie is jointly bankrolled by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, Sai Soujanya of Sithara Entertainments, Fortune Four Cinemas. Banglan is handling Production design and GV Prakash Kumar is rendering the tune. Nimish Ravi is taking care of cinematography department and Navin Nooli is the editor.
Lucky Baskhar will have a multilingual release in languages including Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi.
