The police busted a high profile flesh trade operating through a popular online platform. The operation led to rescue of 17 foreign ladies and exposed a network of human trafficking and forced prostitution.
A prostitution racket was caught by the police in Madhapur, Hyderabad, who lured women through online and engaged in prostitution. The police found that the gang was operating in their house after making bookings through a website. The manager Sivakumar and two others were arrested.

Also, 17 women of other country nationals Kenya- 14, Uganda- 2, Tanzania – 1 engaged in prostitution were detained and taken to a safe house. Police seized four mobile phones, 25 HIV test kits and hookah pots from the accused. A case has been registered and the investigation is underway.
Shivakumar was produced in the court and sent to judicial remand. The police have registered a case under human trafficking section of BNA and relevant section of immoral Traffic Prevention Act.
