Karthi starrer movies have a good craze in Telugu. It is known that movies like Sardar and Kathi became super hits in Telugu as well. But last year’s ‘Japan’ disappointed many. Currently Karthi is busy in the promotional activities of ‘Sathyam Sundaram’ which is arriving at the theaters very soon. He came to Hyderabad for promotion in Telugu. Tamil star Karthi made a funny comment on the Tirumala Laddu at a film event in Hyderabad last night. During the event, the anchor was showing the actor some memes and one of them was ‘Laddoo Kavala Nayana’ picture and Karthi funnily said : Laddu is a sensitive issue and it is not right to talk about Laddu issue now.

Karthi said. “Let’s not talk about laddus now. Sensitive topic. I don’t want any controversy. It is known that there is a terrible controversy going on around Tirumala Laddu. Everyone is responding to Tirumala Laddu.
However, Karthi’ comment left Andhra Pradesh deputy CM Pawan Kalyan agitated and he advised Karthi not to speak in such a manner.
Pawan Kalyan said: Karthi, I respect you as an actor. Don’t ever dare to say that. You must think 100 times before speaking about Tiruamala laddu.
