Continuing his Bharat Nyay Yatra in Jharkhand, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi criticized the BJP, accusing them of attempting horse trading to destabilize the elected government in the state. Gandhi condemned the alleged use of money power by the BJP to influence investigative agencies. In a meeting, he emphasized that the current yatra aims to seek justice for the people of the country, contrasting it with the previous Bharat Jodo Yatra, which stood against the divisive agenda of RSS and BJP.
Rahul Gandhi took aim at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating that widespread injustice prevails in the country, making it difficult for the youth to find employment. He alleged the BJP of attempting to manipulate the public verdict in Jharkhand. Gandhi criticized the government’s economic policies, including demonetization and GST, holding them responsible for the decline of small and medium-scale industries. Urging people to participate in the yatra, he called attention to the country’s current unemployment situation, claiming it to be the highest in the last 40 years.”
