Roja decided to step down from Jabardasth and movies permanently

Roja Selvamani, who is the two-time MLA, has decided to quit the hilarious show Jabardasth and feature films, as she is getting a huge promotion as the minister of Jagan’s cabinet, just within a few hours. As she is going to hold various responsibilities as the minister, she decided to quit other work.

Ahead of the swearing-in ceremony of the AP cabinet ministers which is happening now, Roja visited the Kanaka Durga temple in Vijayawada today in the morning hours. There, she offered a special pooja in the temple to get blessed by Goddess Durga, as per the information given by the media that surrounded her.

When the media asked her some questions, especially about the ministry, she responded that she was in an immense happy mood today. She further elaborated, “Many denounced me that I won’t even step inside the Assembly but with Jagananna’s support, I got elected two times and now I am going to become a minister. To be part of Jagananna’s cabinet is a huge leadership and I will attempt my best to integrity and do good for the people.”

She also announced that she has decided to quit her other schedules like the Jabardasth show and future films, by elucidating, “I’m quitting the Jabardasth show as the judge. I have been engaged with the show for nearly a decade and I will also stay away from shootings. I will not sign any films in near future.”

But her portfolio will be revealed after the completion of the swearing-in ceremony of the new cabinet of Andhra Pradesh.
