The r…e of 2 four-year-old girls studying in a nursery school in Badlapur, near Mumbai, shook the city. There are allegations that sweeper Akshay Shinde (23), working as a contract employee in a popular school has committed this shameless act against the affected children. Even though this incident took place on August 12 and 13 respectively, the school management was indignant in complaining. A bandh was observed in Badlapur today. Rickshaw drivers, bus drivers, local shopkeepers and politicians also participated in the bandh.

S…al abuse of the minors came to light after the girl refused to attend school. After medical examination, truth was known. Later it was confirmed that another girl also underwent the s…al abuse. Allegedly, a sweeper of the school s…ually abused the girls inside school toilet.
Thousands reached the school and raised slogans against the management. They demanded answers on the safety of girls coming to school.
