Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav came under fire for his comments on TPCC president Revanth Reddy. In an apparent bodyshaming instance, Talasani Srinivas Yadav said that Revanth Reddy is a short guy and he will crush his neck.
Talasani Srinivas Yadav’s derogatory comments received huge backlash from Congress cadres and Revanth Reddy fans. Telangana Congress working president Mahesh Goud censured Talasani Srinivas Yadav saying that it is not befitting the stature of a Minister to use such language against a popular opposition leader.
Telangana Congress senior leader Sampath Kumar went a step further and warned that Congress party will give a befitting reply to Talasani Srinivas Yadav, if he once again uses such language. He questioned Talasani stressing whether he can face the anger of Revanth Reddy’s followers if they hit back.
Telangana Youth Congress president Shivasena Reddy, NSUI president Balmoor Venkat and others fired on Talasani Srinivas Yadav.
