“Union Leaders Advocate for RTC Workers, Seek Deputy CM’s Intervention”

Union leaders Babu and Venkannal took proactive steps to address the longstanding concerns of RTC workers by meeting with Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka. During the meeting, they presented a comprehensive petition highlighting critical issues such as pending PRCs, DA dues, PF, CCS dues, and job security for the workers. Emphasizing the urgency of the situation, the leaders urged Deputy CM Vikramarka to expedite solutions to alleviate the challenges faced by RTC employees.

Prior to this meeting, the union leaders also engaged with CPI MLA Koonanne Sambasivarao to garner support and address the ongoing issues plaguing the RTC workforce. Expressing their dismay over the RTC’s suspension for nearly a decade, the leaders conveyed the profound hardships endured by workers during this prolonged period. Their concerted efforts underscore a collective determination to advocate for the rights and welfare of RTC employees, fostering hope for tangible resolutions and positive outcomes in the near future.
