Once again Adivi Sesh’s Pan-India project Major has faced its release postponement. Actually, the film has to hit the screens today, as per the news we have heard earlier. But now, the makers have announced that the film will be released on June 3rd, with the film poster. With the help of this film, Adivi Sesh is going to enter Bollywood also, as it is all set to be released in Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam languages.
If we observe the poster, we can see Adivi Sesh with a serious look with the Indian national flag flying over his head. And we can also view an impairment over his forehead. While the backdrop showcases a Taj Hotel which is set on fire by terrorists. The film is based on the life of Sandeep Unnikrishnan who sacrificed his life at the time of the 26/11 attacks in Mumbai in the year 2008.
Major is the second film in the combination of Adivi Sesh and the director Sashi Kiran Tikka. Both the artists collaborated earlier in the movie Goodachari. However, Adivi Sesh has grabbed the attention of the audience with his past blockbuster films like Goodachari, Kshanam, and Yevaru. Now, Major is jointly bankrolled by Sony Pictures India, A+S Movies, and GMB Entertainments with a whopping budget.
The screenplay is provided by Adivi Sesh himself. Ghani fame Saiee Manjrekar shares screen space alongside Adivi Sesh. While Sobitha Dhulipala is set for a pivotal role to possess. Ace actors like Murali Sharma, Prakash Raj, Revathi, and others are the supporting characters.
