In recent times, Elon Musk who is the owner of the micro-blogging site Twitter said that Twitter employees may experience extreme workloads if he takes command of it. He shared his aims for the platform while replying to an earlier tweet. He said that he will still drudge even harder than them to make it a successful company.
Musk tweeted, “Also, work ethic expectations would be extreme, but much less than I demand of me.” He has also announced that Twitter will concentrate deeply on hardcore software engineering, design, and more, following the completion of the amassing of the platform.
He strongly believes that all managers in a technical area must be outstanding technically. His other tweet reads, “If Twitter attainment completes, the firm will be super focused on hardcore software engineering, design, infosec, and server hardware. I strongly believe that all managers in a technical area must be technically excellent. Managers in software must write great software or it is like being a cavalry captain who cannot ride a horse.”
Along with his tweet that reads, “Job interest in Twitter skyrocketed more than 250% since Musk moved to take over”, he attached an article from Fortune.
