Post Elon Musk’s interaction with his employees this week, Twitter employees are distrustful about their future, saying they are doing their best to stay focused on work. The meeting results in negative feedback and the future of Twitter hangs in the balance and employees’ reaction.
He told Twitter employees that he especially desires to be involved in the product and expects the team to listen to his plans on new features. He also said that he is very involved at Tesla, and he would adopt a similar leadership style at Twitter which he is purchasing for $44 billion.
The employees said that it was irritating to hear when someone speaks with higher confidence about a company that at best Musk is only beginning to realize. Musk roughly spoke about the future of civilisation, as employees wondered what the procurement will mean for them. He wants Twitter to contribute to a better, long-lasting civilisation where they better get aware of the nature of reality. He desires to drive the product in a special direction and lead improvement on the platform’s software, product and design.
