Governor Tamil Sai Soundara Rajan, during the unveiling of the national flag at Nampally’s public gardens, emphasized that Telangana society rejects dictatorial tendencies. Acknowledging the challenges faced in the past, he expressed grief over the erosion of constitutional systems and economic damage during the previous regime.
Governor Rajan highlighted the people’s decision in favor of a democratic government and stressed the importance of governance aligned with the spirit of the Constitution. He pledged to rebuild the previously damaged systems in public governance, ensuring that every citizen, especially the youth who played a vital role in the Telangana movement, receives justice.
Assuring the implementation of guarantees within 100 days, Governor Rajan mentioned ongoing discussions with banks for a loan waiver of Rs. 2 lakhs for farmers. He commended the government’s focus on employment and youth welfare, reassuring that job creation efforts will follow TSPSC cleansing.
Governor Rajan praised the recent Davos conference, where agreements for Rs. 40 thousand crores worth of investments were signed. He applauded CM Revanth Reddy and the team, emphasizing plans to implement the Prajavani program at the grassroots level. The event witnessed the participation of Telangana CM Revanth Reddy, Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka, ministers, officials, and others.
