Prominent industrialist My home Rameshwar Rao received a jolt as High Court squashed the defamation suit filed by him against TPCC chief Revanth Reddy. HC squashed the defamtion suit, as it felt that there is not enough substance in the case.
MyHome group of companies founder Jupally Rameshwar Rao filed a defamtion suit against firebrand Revath Reddy in 2014, when Revanth Reddy raised his voice against the irregularities in Myhome Bhooja project. Revanth Reddy had alleged that MyHome Rameshwar Rao has unauthorisedly grabbed part of land, where Myhome Bhooja was constructed.
The allegations made by Revanth Reddy became a sensation then. Revanth Reddy claimed that he even has proofs about Jupally Rameshwar Rao’s irregularities and shared several documents with media.
