Featuring Nikhil Siddharth and Anupama Parameswaran in the lead roles, Karthikeya 2 is a mystery thriller, directed by Chandoo Mondeti. We all are eagerly waiting for the film’s theatrical release, which was postponed recently. Now, the makers have revealed the release date.
It is announced that Karthikeya 2 will hit the screens on August 12 worldwide. Initially, it was set for July 22nd release, but as per Dil Raju’s request to let Thank You movie as a solo release on the same day, Karthikeya 2 is pushed to August. The film will be released in multiple languages like Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, English and Tamil.
It is a sequel to the 2014 film with the same title. Abhishek Agarwal and TG Viswa Prasad jointly bankrolled the film. Aditya Menon, Anupam Kher, KS Sridhar, Satya, Srinivas Reddy and others will be seen in prominent roles.
The film has already attained huge response from the audience with its promotional content and it is ready to enthrall them with mysterious thrilling aspects. The music for the film is given by Kaala Bhairava. The film narrates Karthikeya’s pursuit of the truth. It leads him to explore the power of the Indian ancient belief system and Tatva of Lord Sri Krishna.
