IT and Industries Minister and BRS working president KT Rama Rao openly welcomed Congress senior leader and former Minister Ponnala Lakshmaiah into pink party fold.
Ponnala Lakshmaiah created a sensation on Friday, by tendering resignation to Congress party, with which he has more than four decades of relationship. Ponnala’s resignation to grand old party made headlines in all media channels. His bidding adieu to party which made him Minister and TPCC president, troubled Congress leadership.
While that was on Ponnala Lakshmaiah’s side, he has got an open offer from BRS scion KTR. When media personnel asked about Ponnala resignation to Congress, KTR said that he would heartfully welcome Ponnala Lakshmaiah into BRS party fold, if latter is interested. KTR stressed that he will personally go to Ponnala’s home to invite into the party.
