Congress national president and veteran leader Mallikarjun Kharge has come in support of Rahul Gandhi who is under attack by PM Modi Government. After Rahul Gandhi was disqualified as MP, following Surat Court judgement, Loksabha Housing Committee, issued eviction notice to Rahul Gandhi to vacate his official residence at 12 Thughlak Lane in Delhi.
Responding to the notice, Rahul Gandhi said that he will vacate the residence. This has pained Congress leaders and cadres very much, who are seeing this as planned attack on Rahul Gandhi from all sides by PM Modi and his men.
Firing on PM Modi Sarkar for attacking and humiliating Rahul Gandhi, Indian National Congress’s president Mallikarjuna Kharge came in defence of Gandhi scion.
“BJP Government is doing all this to threaten, weaken and humiliate Rahul Gandhi. This is not good for democracy. After vacating his official residence, Rahul Gandhi can stay with his mother at 10 Janpath or come to me. I’ll vacate my official residence for him,” said Mallikarjun Kharge showing his affection and support for Rahul Gandhi during the tough times.
Mallikarjun Kharge, who is a Rajyasabha MP right now has his official residence at Rajaji Marg in the national capital.
