Today, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has communicated to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the president of Ukraine and solicited him to render his assistance to the Indian students who were stranded in the Sumy city of Ukraine.
As the Ukraine directorate has stretched the evacuation of Indians from the country, Modi expressed his gratitude towards him. Further, he expressed his perturbation about the war which is in progress and resultant humanitarian crisis and repeated his summon for instant stoppage of ferocity.
Modi mentioned that India has always looked for tranquil resolution of issues and direct dialogue between the two parties. He also given his full explanation about the conflict situation and the present disputes between Russia and Ukraine.
Moreover, he thanked for safety and security of indian students who still struck in Ukraine and ensured the requirement for their quick and safe evacuation.
