PM Modi turns finisher in Karnataka polls

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is playing the role of finisher in the Karnataka polls for his party. As the last leg of campaign is on, PM Modi is camping in southern state and participating in as many public meetings and road shows as possible.

Various election surveys have been pointing towards a majority for Congress party in polls to be held on May 13. Karnataka BJP Government is also facing severe anti-incumbency in the polls. Besides internal struggles in state BJP are also creating headaches for saffron party.

Sensing these warning signs, BJP has decided to make maximum use of Modi’s image and want to win votes on Modi’s popularity. Modi has been touring across the length and breadth of Karnataka and hitting headlines and tearing into Congress.  Thus Modi has been playing the role of finisher for Karnataka BJP team and making all moves to ensure BJP’s victory in a tight fight.
