The upcoming inauguration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya has gained significant momentum with the latest developments, as Bollywood actors Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have been extended invitations by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) to attend this momentous occasion on January 22. Following in the footsteps of Rajinikanth, who was previously invited, this gesture underscores the widespread significance of the event, transcending regional and cultural boundaries to resonate with figures from the entertainment industry. During a special meeting, key RSS members, including Sunil Ambekar, Ajay Mudpe, and producer Mahaveer Jain, formally presented the invitations to the esteemed celebrity couple, further amplifying the event’s prominence.
The anticipated gathering in Ayodhya is expected to witness a massive influx of devotees, with projections indicating participation from over one lakh individuals for the Ram Mandir’s ‘pran pratishtha’ ceremony. This monumental occasion, graced by the esteemed presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, symbolizes a confluence of faith, tradition, and cultural heritage on an unparalleled scale. Adding to the event’s significance is the architectural splendor of the Ram temple complex, meticulously designed in the traditional Nagara style. As detailed by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra general secretary Champat Rai, the temple’s majestic dimensions encompass a length of 380 feet, a width of 250 feet, and an imposing height of 161 feet. Further enhancing its grandeur, the temple will feature spacious floors, each 20 feet high, complemented by an impressive ensemble of 392 pillars and 44 intricately designed gates. With the inclusion of prominent personalities like Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, the event is poised to receive heightened attention, emphasizing its significance as a symbol of unity, faith, and cultural heritage for the nation.
