Two real estate businessmen Srinivas Reddy and Raghavender Reddy were succumbed to murder abruptly at Ibrahimpatnam.
According to the news gathered by the news reporters, it has been learnt that the reason behind the murder might be a land dispute. Tye family members of Srinivas Reddy claimed that he had leased the land around 20 acres in Kharmanguda, located in Ibrahimpatnam. There he used it as his own agricultural fields and had been cultivating himself for few months. There is a qualm on Matta Reddy behind this murder, because his land is located alongside the enterprise of Srinivas Reddy, and they have been dealing with their differences of opinions with each other for 6 months on the same issue.
The police are presuming that Matta Reddy had occupied some part of Srinivas Reddy’s land illegally and committed for new constructions at his own opinions, so, this clash between them has raised innumerable disputes between them. While the police enquired about the circumstances of Srinivas and Raghavender Reddy’s murders, the family members of Srinivas Reddy told, Srinivas had been a member in real estates for a decade and Raghavender Reddy was a co-worker as well as the well wisher of Srinivas Reddy.
The family also expressed their suspicion on Matta Reddy, as Srinivas Reddy had no adversaries. Before the murder news coming to light, they informed to the police that both Srinivas Reddy and Raghavender Reddy went out as usual at 6 am yesterday and they did not come back. So, they have approached the police immediately.
Like this, many disputes related to land and properties have become prevalent in Hyderabad in these days. Some other murder cases like, a son murdered his mother who aged 65 regarding their disturbances on property issues. This was happened last year, and also an advocate was annihilated by his family member due to property strifes. Everyday, police stations in Rachakonda and Cyberabad receive around 140-160 complaints on murder cases. As a matter of fact, especially there have been 70-80% similar issues filed at the police stations those belong to Bhuvanagiri, LB Nagar, Madapur and Rajendranagar.
