Kollywood star Sivakarthikeyan has recently approached the audience through his film Don. The film is showing its rampage at the theaters still. Even though it is not the biggest movie, it has created a sensation at the box office worldwide by touching the Rs 100 crore mark in just 12 days of its release.
Now, it has joined the Rs 100 crores club in the industry. This is one of the small films that made massive money at the box office. Moreover, the film is running successfully in Telugu states as well.
The leading lady Priyanka Arul Mohan shared screen space alongside Sivakarthikeyan. The film is directed by the debutant director Cibi Chakravarthy and jointly funded by Lyca productions and Sivakarthikeyan productions. Musical tunes were crooned by Anirudh Ravichander.
In the film, Sivakarthikeyan played as Chakaravarthi, who hails from an economically backward family. The plot of the film is a college life romantic comedy. Samuthirakani played as the father of Sivakarthikeyan in this flick.
